These Terms of Service govern your use of Trendflow, provided by Hilltop Software LLC, Arroyo Grande, California. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Trend insights are not advice
Trend scores, recommendations ("Build", "Invest", "Post"), scripts and other content are generated automatically by AI from public data and may be wrong or out of date. They are for information only and are not financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Make your own decisions.
Subscriptions
Trendflow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple or Google account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape or resell the content, or use Trendflow for unlawful purposes.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload (such as your profile photo) and give us permission to store and display it to provide the service.
Our content
The app, design and generated reports are owned by Hilltop Software LLC. You may share trend cards and scripts for your own content creation.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Hilltop Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
